Vanessa was a very nice mixture of efficiency and friendliness. She was thoughtful and kind in giving me her advice on what I needed to do between visits.

The receptionist wasn’t at her desk when I came in, and someone was in front of me, but I think she was checking something; she wasn’t gone long. That’s why I didn’t have an answer for one of the questions; but besides that, it was a great visit!
