All employees start from the administration desk in front to the nurses and Doctors welcome us with a big smile and attention. We were just in Phoenix for the first time they greeted us like they had known us for a while. I have a quite serious gum and teeth problems but Doctor Putrasahan and Burk patiently and non-judge mentally took care of me and my familie

I appreciated the family feeling of the staff members. I was examined by Dr. Burk who was very thorough and very careful to explain the dental needs. I would ask that Dr. Burk possibly take some lessons on enunciation. It was sometimes difficult for me to understand him, especially as he was masked. And I have lots of experience interacting with people for whom English is a second language. I don’t suggest this to criticize Dr. Burk, but hopefully to give helpful suggestions that with enhance his ability to interact with patients.
